our recent stay in moscow was great, but the holiday hotel made it even better! everything was perfect - from the delicious breakfast to the comfortable bed. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. highly recommend holiday for a romantic trip!

Great bed, great second elevator!

The staff wasn't too forthcoming. The main elevator didn't work when I arrived! I booked a room business class. The bed was great but in the bathroom there was a bathtub and a shower curtain. . It's not worth paying 40% more for this!!!

Good Gym

Breakfast was terrible. And felt a million Chinese. There was partly no more room in the breakfast room.

I recently stayed at Holiday Hotel in Moscow for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious pastries, and the sauna was a great way to relax. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to reach the Polezhayevskaya metro station. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and the view of the Moscow City business center was a nice bonus.

The hotel is located not far from "Moscow-City", which is definitely worth a visit if you are on holiday in Moscow. The next metro station is about 600m away. If one does not want to walk, there is a bus almost right in front of the hotel in direction to the subway station. The hotel is very neat and clean, with a great and rich breakfast. What more could you ask for? Because you can reach everything worth seeing in Moscow within a maximum of 20 minutes.

During my recent Easter stay in Moscow, I had a generally positive experience at the hotel. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff. They made sure to provide us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The amenities were also top-notch, providing us with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was not without its faults. The cost of food at the hotel was expensive, and there were no nearby options for dining out. Additionally, the location was not ideal, as it was far from the city center and tourist attractions. This made it difficult and time-consuming to get to the places we wanted to visit. Despite these drawbacks, it was still a generally positive experience overall.

Staff's english is very bad - it's a problem.

Breakfast with a good balance of international and national typical. If you travel individually and speak a little Russian you will understand the ingenious traffic system after one day and use it at unbeatable low prices. Bus stop in front of the door, but then do not confuse the closer Ringbahn (one bus station) with the Metro (three bus stations) which is a little further away.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the bar tender and the tours' coordinator, Didi. They really made our trip memorable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a great night's sleep every night.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

More than a wonderful hotel and everything is organized

Large and comfortable rooms. New infrastructure. The high quality of the food. A nice breakfast buffet. They accept American Express cards.

Wifi signal is too low to work in the upper class rooms.Poor choice of satellite programs, no business center, no solarium. Inhouse gym does not exist. No bathrobe, no slippers. In the restaurant you better have to ask first what is available prior to select your menu. An empty fridge replaces the minibar in the room. If roads are not crowdy, you need at least 45 minutes to the international airport. From the hotel to the city center it takes almost an hour in daytime periods.

The hotel was very good. Very good food, fresh and fast delivery room service. Friendly staff, very helpful.
